Power Steering Fluid Flush
- Road test for power steering operation
- Inspect system for leaks.
- Flushing power steering lines.
- Flushing power steering pump.
- Flushing power steering rack.
- Thoroughly cleaning of all internal parts.
- Flush all contaminated power steering fluid out of system and replace all power steering fluid with clean fluid.
- Add power steering additive to revitalize seals and o-rings.
- Top off power steering fluid and road test.
Electrical System Analysis
- Inspect battery connections.
- Charge battery to full capacity.
- Load test battery; and record readings.
- Inspect alternator belt and adjust as required.
- Perform alternator output test; record readings.
- Perform starter draw test; and record readings.
- Test for draw on electrical system; and record findings.
- Replace battery, if required.
Cooling System Power Flush
- Pressure testing cooling system for leaks
- Flushing engine, radiator and heater core in both directions.
- Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees.
- PH balance coolant to between 9.8 and 10.5.
- Visually inspect radiator cooling fan for proper operation.
- Visually inspect heater operation.
Fuel Injection Service
- Clean Fuel Injectors
- Clean ISC/ASC motor as required.
- Clean throttle body air intake.
- Visually Inspect fuel lines and fuel rail.
- Pressure test fuel pump
- Test and visually inspect fuel pressure regulator vacuum line and connections.
- Decarbonize intake manifold.
- Decarbonizes intake and exhaust valves.
- Decarbonize combustion chamber and pistons.
Major Tune Up – Electronic Ignition
- Replace spark plugs
- Check and adjust ignition timing as required.
- Check and adjust curb idle speed as required.
- Visual check of emission controlled related devices
- Visually inspect plug wires.
- Visually inspect distributor cap and rotor when accessible.
- Clean Fuel Injectors.
- Clean ISC motor as required.
- Clean throttle body air intake.
- Visually inspect fuel lines and fuel rail.
- Pressure test fuel pump
- Visually inspect fuel pump pressure regulator vacuum line and connections.
- Decarbonize intake manifold.
- Decarbonize intake and exhaust valves.
- Decarbonize combustion chamber and pistons.
Tune-Up Electronic Ignition
- Replace spark plugs.
- Check and adjust ignition timing as required.

Thrust Alignment
- Inspect suspension components for wear.
- Adjust caster and camber if provided by manufacturer.
- Adjust toe-in
- Center steering wheel while adjusting toe-in.
- Compensate for rear wheel tracking.
Four Wheel Alignment
- Inspect suspension components for wear.
- Adjust caster and camber if provided by manufacturer
- Adjust toe-in
- Center steering wheel while adjusting toe-in.
- Compensate for rear wheel tracking.
- Set rear wheel camber and toe-in as provided by manufacturer.
Air Conditioning Service
- Test system for proper Freon.
- Test Freon for moisture contamination.
- Test Freon for air contamination.
- Clean condenser fins as required.
- Inspect and adjust A/C compressor drive belt.
- Performance test A/C operation.
- Inspect all visible A/C components for leaks and add Freon dye as needed.
Brake Fluid Flush
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination.
- Inspect all hydraulic lines and hoses.
- Inspect Calipers and wheel cylinders.
- Inspect Master cylinder and cap.
- Clean out dirt and old fluid from master cylinder.
- Flush old fluid out of master cylinder calipers and wheel cylinders until clean.
- Top off master cylinder with new brake fluid.
- Road test vehicle for proper brake operation.
Transmission Service
- Road test for engine performance and transmission shift patterns.
- Inspect condition of transmission fluid.
- Inspect transmission mounts and linkage.
- Inspect transmission and transmission cooler for leaks.
- Remove transmission pan replace filter, pan gasket and clean transmission pan.
- Adjust bands and linkage as required.
- Flush transmission cooler as required.
- Top off transmission with new fluid per the manufacturers requirement.
Transmission Fluid Flush
- Road test for engine performance and transmission operation and shift patterns.
- Flush transmission cooler and cooler lines.
- Flush transmission valve body.
- Flushing transmission torque converter.
- Thorough cleaning of all internally lubricated parts.
- Extract all contaminated transmission fluid and replace with new fluid per the manufacturers requirements.
- Install transmission additive to revitalize transmission seals and o-rings.
- Top off transmission fluid and road test.
